The Thyroid Diet
The Thyroid Diet
When the thyroid glad is unable to produce thyroxine, natural or artificial thyroid hormone as a supplemental therapy can be used for thyroid activity. The best approach is to return the thyroid to normal function by improving the body's energy patterns and/or nutritional supplementation. Applied Kinesiology is gear toward this end.
This approach is best because of the normal body's ability to regulate thyroxine up and down as it is needed. Medications have no control to regulate the up and down levels from hour to hour during the day. It it important to have a periodic review to determine the effects of treatment.
